Consultative Meeting on the way forward for the implementation of the Africa Clean Energy Corridor (ACEC), 22 – 23 October 2018, Windhoek, Namibia

Organised by the SADC Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (SACREE), IRENA and the Government of Namibia, this consultative meeting provided an update on the activities so far undertaken through various work streams of the Corridor and collected feedback from the region on the future orientation of the initiative through the identification of concrete activities to be implemented in the short-to-medium run. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries, utilities and regulatory bodies of the EAPP and SAPP member countries as well as international and regional experts and development partners.
