Since being part of the SADC Renewable Energy Entrepreneurship Support Facility, the company has acquired capabilities in sound business practices, as well as skills in making informed decisions for financing and future Partnerships and business prospects. This has positively increased our turnover and also positioned us as a major key player in the Renewable Energy Sector in Lesotho.| We have also had the opportunity to learn energy Audit at KGRTC and are now Certified Energy auditors by EIZ. The programme has also proven to support our mandate of inclusive growth and gender mainstreaming in the Renewable sector in Lesotho through skills development for women, we have nominated women from WOMEN IN ENERGY LESOTHO and the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO to attend training technical training at KGRTC, this is also our Project with Student Energy Fellowship 2022 10 month program and it has greatly promoted the achievement of our project objectives.| We are currently in discussions of mini-grid development in 5 rural communities with a population of 1500 each, and anchor customers, which will have access to lighting and cooking as well as energy for rural healthcare facilities and business activities.
