We have learnt a lot about how to improve our sales and marketing and make use of agents. We have also learnt about stock management and managing buffer stock to avoid stock shortages of solar products. Further, the facility helped us in understanding the marketing principles and from the lessons learnt we are beginning to see some positive changes. The commercial training programme gave us many valuable lessons from team management to business plan development. It was a great facility and we are happy to have been part of it.
