Selma Festus is the Project Assistant for the SADC RE Entrepreneurship Support Facility and the Southern African Renewable Heating and Cooling Training and Demonstration Initiative (SOLTRAIN+) projects. Prior to joining SACREEE, she worked as a Human Resources management intern for the Ministry of Education Arts and Culture.  Selma’s areas of expertise include recruitment, youth development, gender and diversity management. Selma has an Honours degree in Human Resources Management. She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Studies.
